Job Description Manage and maintain the Workday system to support Human Resources operations and initiatives. Lead system updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements and implement system solutions effectively. Provide training and support to end-users to maximize Workday capabilities. Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. Create and analyze reports to provide insights for HR decision-making processes. Act as the primary point of contact for Workday-related inquiries and issues. Partner with IT and external vendors for system upgrades and integrations. The Successful Applicant A successful Workday Sr Lead should have: Solid understanding of Workday systems and their application in Human Resources. Proven experience in system management, including configuration and troubleshooting. Strong analytical skills to generate actionable insights from HR data. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. A background in the life science industry is preferred but not required.
