Education: 4-year degree
Experience: 5+ years of managerial-level experience with expertise in Compensation & Benefits; 18-20 years of HR-related duties and responsibilities; experience handling CnB for over 1,000 employees in a Manufacturing setup.
Knowledge: labor laws, payroll processing, benefits administration, government statutory submissions, last pay processing, annual tax filing requirements; CnB Philosophy, Salary Structure/Design, Salary Differentiation between positions/levels.

Job Description
Responsible for smooth administration and communication of company and statutory benefits programs. Maintain and manage C&B practices and policies to ensure consistent implementation across the organization. Provide support to other HR functions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Responsibilities include enrollment of new and promoted employees in benefits programs, monitoring active employee eligibility, timely processing of benefits, communication of programs, payroll deductions, and reporting to governmental agencies and third-party surveys. Lead wellness campaigns and policy rollouts, develop project plans, ensure statutory compliance, assist employees with C&B questions, and handle confidential information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin or related field
- 4+ years of benefits administration experience
- Experience managing or supporting HR/benefits projects
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws
Skills: strong math and computation, MS Office, time management, communication, conflict resolution
