Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Sales Representative to join our client operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is client-centric, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about educational success. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding families through the discovery process and converting qualified leads into successful service engagements.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the end-to-end student–instructor matching process, from reviewing intake insights and evaluating instructor fit to coordinating assignments, updating systems, and tracking key service metrics to ensure timely, high-quality placements and client satisfaction.
- Lead initial client engagement by responding to inquiries, conducting discovery calls, and guiding families toward the appropriate educational services to support successful onboarding.
- Execute follow-up strategies based on lead quality and lifecycle stage (e.g., follow-up calls, emails, and SMS outreach).
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene by consistently updating lead statuses and notes using CRM tools to track lead progress, intake milestones, and next steps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Academic Services, and Admissions, to ensure a smooth client journey and share insights that support continuous improvement.
- A bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience; a background in education, communications, or sales is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, client services, or customer success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with high-touch clientele.
- Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Slack, CRM platforms).
- Experience in education, edtech, or private consulting services is a plus.
