About the Role As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will manage and optimize client networks, ensuring smooth, efficient operations. You will lead network infrastructure projects from conception to completion and implement cutting‑edge technology to provide unparalleled managed services. What You Will Be Doing Lead and execute network infrastructure projects from planning through implementation. Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain high‑performance firewalls, routing, NAT, and VPNs (Site‑to‑Site/Point‑to‑Site). Provide Tier 2/3 support and assist clients onsite when necessary, with compensation for travel. Maintain robust documentation for strategic IT planning, and monitor network systems for security and performance. Identify opportunities for process improvements and stay updated on IT trends. Collaborate cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to ensure service excellence. Required Qualifications Expert in configuring and troubleshooting network appliances and protocols including firewalls, routing, NAT, VPNs, SNMP, and SYSLOG. Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud environments. Competent with Juniper network equipment and Hyper‑V. Preferred Skills and Experience Experience with VMWare and ConnectWise Products is advantageous. Certifications such as CCNA or JNCIA‑Junos enhance your credentials.
