We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Civil/Structural Engineer to join our team. The role involves designing, planning, and supervising infrastructure and building projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety codes, and regulatory requirements. The engineer will play a key role in both the initial design phase and the on-site execution, focusing on structural integrity, project management, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and review structural and civil engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications for infrastructure and building projects.
• Perform structural analysis to ensure safety, stability, and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Manage and supervise construction sites, ensuring that projects are executed according to approved plans, timelines, and quality requirements.
• Conduct inspections and assessments of materials, foundations, and load-bearing structures.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and recommendations for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to environmental and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification required.
• Proven experience in civil and structural engineering, infrastructure design, and project management.
• Strong knowledge of engineering codes, standards, and construction regulations.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Work Environment:
• Office-based work for design and documentation.
• Frequent site visits and on-site supervision required.
