Certified Public Accountant (LICENSED CPA) plays a critical role in overseeing a company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting of taxes, expenses, accounts and banks payable. Certified Public Accountant (LICENSED CPA) responsibilities are: Preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring accuracy, and providing insights for decision-making. Assisting in financial planning, budget preparation, and forecasting future financial performance. Supervising daily accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance. Implementing and maintaining internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Managing internal and external audits, addressing audit findings, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards. Ensuring timely and accurate tax filings, adhering to local and international tax laws, and optimizing tax strategies. Identifying and implementing efficiencies in accounting processes to enhance productivity and accuracy. Supervising and mentoring accounting staff, ensuring proper training, and fostering a strong financial team. Monitoring and managing cash flow to maintain financial stability and meet operational needs. Collaborating with senior management to provide financial insights and support business decisions. Requirements: LICENSED CPA Over 2 years of proven experience in an Accounting Managerial role. Extensive expertise in bookkeeping and accounting procedures. Proficient in the use of accounting software with hands-on experience. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, best practices, and relevant legal regulations. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data. Demonstrated experience in team management, with a focus on defining priorities. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
