About the role

We are seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant to join our team at Serve Diagnostica, Inc.'. As a CPA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records and reporting. This is a full-time position based in Manila City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  2. Conduct audits and analysis of financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  3. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations
  4. Provide financial advice and guidance to management on strategic decision-making
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and controls
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations

What we're looking for

  1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  2. A valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
  3. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work
  6. Proficient in using financial analysis software and tools
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
