You will provide essential support to our Account Managers, ensuring the smooth running of client accounts and delivering high-quality financial services in real time. You will be assisting in automated Bookkeeping, VAT returns, Financial Reports, Statutory Accounts, Corporation Tax computations and returns, Personal Tax Returns and supporting compliance processes.

Successful candidates will receive a 50K Signing Bonus

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Bookkeeping in an automated environment using cloud software – primarily Xero, QBO and FreeAgent and associated automated invoice and receipt processing in Dext and HubDoc.
-VAT Return preparation including liaising with clients to obtain necessary documentation.
-Management Accounts review and financial reports preparation to provide financial insights to clients.
-Assisting Account Managers in preparing Annual accounts for small Ltd companies including completion of working papers with all associated schedules, drafting of accounts and Corporation Tax returns in TaxCalc.
-Processing payroll and pension submissions in Brightpay.
-Assisting Account Managers in preparing Personal Tax Returns in TaxCalc.
-Supporting clients with bookkeeping queries and ensuring best practices are followed.
-Assisting with ad-hoc financial administration including correspondence with HMRC, as required.
-Assist in systems development activities.
-Preparation of Statutory and Self-assessments tax returns.

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any accounting related field.
-At least 3 years of relevant work experience is required for this position.
-Experience in UK Accounting practice is required.
-Proficiency with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, BrightPay, Dext).
-Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Attention to detail and accuracy.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Candidates must be amenable to working onsite, ideally and as required during the probationary period, and hybrid after regularization.
Location: Global One Building, Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

Schedule: Monday to Friday | UK (3:30 PM to 11:30 PM MNL)
