Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to members of AAP and other individuals seeking assistance by answering questions about products or services, processing orders and handling complaints.
- Maintain relationships with current customers by providing them with product information and promotional offers.
- Adhere to and meet set schedules, deadlines and quotas.
- Accurately and efficiently encode all data; confirm that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation/requirements.
- Perform administrative tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform any other office tasks as assigned by the AAP Main Membership Manager.
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree (4-year course).
- Preferably with sales or customer service-related experience.
- Good verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Exhibit an excellent sense of honesty, integrity and confidentiality.
- Can encode with speed and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel).
- Flexible for mall hours schedule.
