Overview Job Title: Sales Representative We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Representative to join our team. The Representative will act as the first point of contact for customers, clients, or partners, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks with professionalism and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, clients, or partners. Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications (e.g., phone calls, emails, live chats). Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Promote and explain products or services to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and features. Process orders, returns, or service requests as needed. Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and satisfaction levels. Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and sales quotas (if applicable). Education College degree (Bachelor’s preferred) in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field. Experience Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B or government sales environment. Previous experience selling to or working with government entities is a strong advantage. Salary Salary will be 22000 per month plus commission base. Skills Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present and engage with government stakeholders. Ability to understand and navigate government procurement processes and regulations. Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and sales reporting tools. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team. Personal Attributes Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection while staying focused on targets.
