Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects, building relationships, and closing sales deals in assigned territories. This is an on-the-ground role that requires daily fieldwork, client visits, and face-to-face presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
  • Meet with clients in person to present and sell products/services.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer support.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SALES FOR ELECTRICAL AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

  • With good communication skills
  • Computer Literate and Social Media Savvy
  • Willing to do field work - WITH MOTORCYCLE LICENSE IS A PLUS.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with the local area (metro manila)
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily.
