This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Pasig. The Tele‑Collections Team Leader will manage and oversee the daily activities of the tele‑collections team. Responsibilities include: Setting collection targets Monitoring team performance Implementing collection strategies Training and mentoring team members Ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements Handling escalated customer issues Coordinating with other departments Preparing regular performance reports Qualifications for this role: Experience in Tele‑Collections and Customer Care Leadership and team management skills Knowledge of collection strategies and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using collection software and CRM systems Analytical and problem‑solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Prior BPO experience and handling international clients is a plus Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at GICF by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
