We are looking for a proactive and results-driven TEAM LEADER - COLLECTIONS to supervise, coach, and guide our team of Collections Specialists while ensuring operational excellence and account recovery targets are met. Job Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Collections Specialists handling B2C and/or B2B finance/loan accounts. Monitor team performance, ensuring timely and effective account recovery. Review and approve repayment arrangements and escalations as necessary. Ensure adherence to international lending and collection practices, company policies, and compliance requirements. Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance feedback sessions to develop team capabilities. Maintain accurate, updated, and well-documented client and team records. Support the recruitment and onboarding of new Collections Specialists. Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and optimize collections operations. Job Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in collections, preferably in finance/loan accounts. Previous experience supervising or leading a team is highly desirable. Advantageous if with experience in Canadian collections. Strong negotiation, communication, and coaching skills. Analytical mindset with ability to monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
