We are looking for a proactive and results-driven TEAM LEADER - COLLECTIONS to supervise, coach, and guide our team of Collections Specialists while ensuring operational excellence and account recovery targets are met.

Job Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Collections Specialists handling B2C and/or B2B finance/loan accounts.
  • Monitor team performance, ensuring timely and effective account recovery.
  • Review and approve repayment arrangements and escalations as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to international lending and collection practices, company policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance feedback sessions to develop team capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate, updated, and well-documented client and team records.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of new Collections Specialists.
  • Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and optimize collections operations.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in collections, preferably in finance/loan accounts.
  • Previous experience supervising or leading a team is highly desirable.
  • Advantageous if with experience in Canadian collections.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig.
  • Amenable to night shift work schedule.
