Job Description Responsibilities- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of crew members.
- Maintain accurate crew records and databases.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for crew assignments.
- Support compliance with maritime regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with crew and management regarding assignments.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to crewing operations.
- Educational Qualifications: Edu not required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in crewing or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
