Job Summary

The Fleet HR Assistant will support the fleet operation in managing crew deployments. The ideal candidate must have experience in administration, documentation, organizational skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with the deployment process of crew
  • Maintain and monitor requirements, documents and records to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Respond to inquiries of crew and provide support on fleet operational-related matters
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth deployment of the crew

Job requirements

  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Behavioural Science or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of crewing operation experience, with focus on maritime or shipping industries
  • Knowledge of crewing operation policies, procedures, and best practices is beneficial
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Can adapt to a fast-paced environment, able to multitask simultaneously, goal oriented
  • Proficient in MS office applications
