Overview

We are looking for a responsive and detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to join our team. You will handle customer communication, process incoming orders, and coordinate closely with our Malaysia office to ensure smooth order fulfillment. If you are quick to reply, organized, and enjoy supporting customers and sales teams, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp regarding products, orders, and delivery status.
  • Process customer orders accurately in our ERP system.
  • Liaise with the Malaysia office (sales, warehouse, logistics) to coordinate stock availability and timely deliveries.
  • Track and update order status, ensuring customers are always informed.
  • Handle order changes, cancellations, and returns with proper documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and orders.
  • Support reporting of daily/weekly order and delivery updates.
Qualifications
  • Minimum a College, Diploma in Business, Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Comfortable handling customer communication via email and WhatsApp.
  • Organized, responsive, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Experience in order processing, sales support, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Must have own internet access and computer.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: PHP 23,000 to PHP 28,000 Per Month
  • Bonuses / KPI Allowance
  • Work Setup: Fully remote with necessary tools provided.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (aligned with Malaysia office hours).
