You are also expected to: Key Responsibilities Build and develop a flexible recruiting team; Coach and mentor recruiters to successfully achieve objectives and enhance recruiting skills; Identify marketing sources to maintain a pipeline of applicants; Develop, communicate and execute recruiting plans; Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees; Conduct regular follow-up to understand the hiring managers’ needs, establishing strong relationships with business partners and align our strategy with the needs of the business; Develop and administer policies, procedures, controls, and best practices; Assist in determining and administering recruiting budget; Manage the administration of wage programs including performance management, career progression, and merit reviews; and Lead global recruiting projects as needed. Required Skills/Education Graduate of Human Resource Management/Psychology/Behavioral science or any related field preferred; At least 7 years of experience in Recruiting with leadership experience; Strong oral and written English communication skills; High sense of urgency and strong follow-through; Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule; Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality; Proven record of meeting deadlines consistently; Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
