About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment team and oversee the end-to-end hiring process for our growing BPO organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing hiring targets, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the company’s overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team to meet recruitment goals and timelines. Develop, implement, and monitor effective sourcing and selection strategies for various positions across the organization. Collaborate with Operations and Department Heads to understand manpower requirements and create hiring plans. Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding to ensure quality hires. Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire. Strengthen the company’s employer brand through consistent and positive candidate engagement. Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy laws, and labor regulations. Mentor and develop recruiters to enhance their performance and efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role within a BPO or shared services environment . Strong understanding of high-volume recruitment and industry best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online recruitment platforms. Results-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
