The Medical Representative role will make an impact by executing field activities, promoting products, and supporting market growth within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities
  • Visit doctors regularly and provide product detailing.
  • Conduct promotional activities such as continuing medical education, product detailing programs, round table discussions, symposiums, and product presentations.
  • Develop and update the Territory Master Work Plan to guide MD calls and program implementation.
  • Monitor sales, product movements, and inventory levels at hospital pharmacies.
  • Identify competitive information and conduct benchmarking against competitors.
  • Coordinate with Channel Development Managers to ensure product availability in outlets (drugstores and hospitals).
  • Prepare and submit required operational reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • PRC license as Medical Representative
  • At least 1 year experience or extensive knowledge in Pharma value chain and healthcare services
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills
  • Agile and mobile with a proactive attitude
