Responsibilities:

• Develop an effective action plan to achieve the annual budget for sales territories
• Develop creative sales proposals to maximize sales potential for sales accounts
• Collect, consolidate and prepare sales, and marketing reports for the management
• Conduct training and product presentations to doctors, surgeons, and medical professionals
• Work with internal stakeholders (Sales Managers, Product Managers, Professional Education Managers, etc) on engagement plans for KOLs
• Liaise effectively with team members and support staff for quality demonstrations and workshops
• Conduct field work by assisting in the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of Marcosurgery products

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any Medical related field
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development in the medical device consumables industry, preferably with a strong preference in the Microsurgery field
• Willing to work from 9 am to 6 pm

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Schedule: 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary

Knowledge, Skills, and Capability:

• Must be a College Graduate of any Business Course
• Must have sales experience related in healthcare particularly Dialysis
• Must possess good verbal and written communication skills

Job Summary:

• Experience selling into Hemodialysis machines and consumables/ or related medical equipment

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare the weekly itinerary and daily post call

• Manage and develop sales activities within the dialysis market for the territory
• Identify key customers within the territory and create and develop solid relationships to promote focus products and the company

• Keep abreast of market developments and supply information back to the company
• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; proposing improvements
• Plan and propose to Management any appropriate sales marketing strategy
• Other duties as designated by BEI

Salary Range:

Php 20,000 basic salary plus actual transportation (gas, toll) with meal reimbursement

Job Location (Field work): Priority sales area: Manila and Rizal; Cavite and Lower Laguna. Additional areas include Camarines Sur/Norte/Albay, Nueva Ecija/Nueva Vizcaya, Isabela/Quirino/Ifugao/Cagayan, Ilocos Sur/Norte/Abra
