Job Description The Partnership Portfolio Manager drives the management and growth of strategic partnerships by nurturing existing relationships, acquiring new partners, and co‑developing innovative customer offers. This role ensures the delivery of key Marketing KPIs by aligning partner collaborations with business objectives, optimizing deal execution, and leading cross‑functional initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities Nurtures and maintains good relationships with existing partnerships and forges partnerships with potential partners. Ensures deal negotiations are commercially viable using best practices from the team. Monitors and manages the execution of projects and programs. Provides solutions and recommendations to concerned support groups (e.g., segments, partners). Escalates issues and recommends solutions to address problems as necessary. Monitors the implementation and results of go‑to‑market initiatives. Identifies opportunity areas by collaborating with BU, COE, and internal MSP team. Maintains tabs for trends on partnerships, marketing, and innovations. Initiates business development initiatives with existing and potential partners. Ensures collaboration and oversight on cross‑functional initiatives with partners and various internal stakeholders. Ensures to regularly assess and review partnerships in collaboration with the Partnership LifeCycle Management Team. Closely collaborates with relevant teams to ensure partnership operations are supported. Escalates to the Portfolio Head critical, high‑risk, high‑impact, or sensitive issues.
