Job Description Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Commercial Growth Develop and deliver the overarching strategy for cybersecurity services, aligned with business performance metrics such as revenue, profitability, market penetration, and customer satisfaction. Define partnership and monetization strategies, including pricing frameworks and commercial policies to support global negotiations and expansion. Portfolio Management & Product Development Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of cybersecurity products—from ideation and development to launch, optimization, and retirement. Manage a portfolio of cybersecurity solutions including network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, and application security. Cross-functional Orchestration Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, sales, compliance) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and integration of cybersecurity services. Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and orchestrate execution across departments and geographies. Innovation & Market Differentiation Create breakthrough models and service innovations that position the company as a leader in cybersecurity within the international telco space. Drive synergy between inbound and outbound business units to deliver unified, value-driven customer experiences. Leadership & Team Development Provide guidance and mentorship to commercial and technical managers, fostering a culture of excellence, agility, and continuous improvement. Champion cybersecurity awareness and best practices across the organization. The Successful Applicant Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in cybersecurity product management, with exposure to technologies such as network, endpoint, cloud, and application security. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and data centers. Demonstrated success in managing product portfolios and leading cross-functional teams. Familiarity with software development methodologies and the product development lifecycle. Experience in product marketing, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. Knowledge of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST). Familiarity with ITIL, TM Forum, and TSIA frameworks. Ability to conduct market analysis and translate insights into actionable strategies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of building relationships across all levels of an organization. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in cybersecurity are a plus.
