Overview We are seeking a dynamic Learning Content Designer to join the Talent Enablement – Design & Execution team at JPMorganChase. The role supports a wide variety of business partners and creates engaging multimedia content for COS employees. The designer will be passionate about learning new technologies in multimedia and digital communications. Responsibilities Collaborate with SMEs to gather and understand business needs and objectives. Design and produce high-quality multimedia content, including slides, videos, documents, and interactive materials. Utilize storytelling techniques to create engaging and informative content for the target audience. Apply strong visual design to ensure content is functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with brand standards. Stay up-to-date with trends and technologies in multimedia and digital communications. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Provide creative solutions to meet diverse communication needs within the organization. Be self-sufficient and curious in exploring JPMorgan tools to enhance content creation and delivery. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Strong written and storytelling skills. Proficiency in multimedia design tools and software, including Microsoft Suite, video editing, and interactive material software such as Articulate Storyline. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. Strong visual design skills to make content visually appealing and engaging. Experience engaging with SMEs and translating business needs into multimedia content.
