As a Sourcing Associate you will drive qualified candidates for our hiring requirements through targeted recruitment initiatives and sourcing channels in support of hiring requirements for assigned site.

How You\'ll Make an Impact

  • Source qualified candidates through employee referrals, target sourcing initiatives such as on-the-ground recruitment activities, open house, job caravans / job fair, social media / online recruiting, school and government partnerships, etc.
  • Engage employees and top referrers to drive referrals for top of the funnel programs
  • Provide regular updates and report on daily productivity, project status
  • Partner and coordinate with PESO / DOLE to implement job fairs, open House
  • Partner with local Colleges and Universities to secure grad list, conduct virtual career talks, etc.
  • Organize and implement localized / dedicated Sourcing Campaigns to drive tenured candidates with B2 English proficiency level.
  • Widen sourcing funnel to capture candidates from within assigned hiring zone / geography and nearby provinces.
  • Implement ad-hoc projects or tasks required to support hiring activities

What we\'re looking for:

  • With at least 1-3 years background in Talent Sourcing for experienced BPO / call center agents
  • Must be residing within the specified location and is familiar with the local BPO hiring talent market
  • Working knowledge of traditional and modern recruitment and talent sourcing methods
  • Experience running recruitment events, job fairs, school activations
  • Extensive social network in area covered is preferred
  • Familiar with MS Office applications, google sheets and the like
  • Must have good communications skills, strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Must be willing to go onsite in the office daily. Work from home will be allowed on case to case basis.
