We are excited to invite you to be a part of our expanding Talent Enablement – Design & Execution team. Talent Enablement's mission is to empower growth, foster innovation, and deliver exceptional service through continuous learning and opportunity for all of COS. As a member of the Design & Execution team, you get the opportunity to support a wide variety of business partners and build engaging content for COS employees. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Learning Content Designer who is passionate about learning new technologies in the multimedia and digital communications realm.
As a Learning Content Designer in the Talent Enablement – Design & Execution team, you will play a crucial role in creating innovative and impactful multimedia content to support the COS organization. Your primary responsibilities will include designing videos, interactive materials, and documents that effectively communicate our business needs. You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand and translate business communication needs into compelling multimedia deliverables.
Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather and understand business needs and objectives.
• Design and produce high-quality multimedia content, including slides, videos, documents, and interactive materials.
• Utilize storytelling techniques to create engaging and informative content that resonates with the target audience.
• Apply strong visual design skills to ensure all content is not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing and aligned with brand standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in multimedia and digital communications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Provide creative solutions to meet diverse communication needs within the organization.
• Be self-sufficient and curious in exploring and learning about the digital tools available at JPMorgan to enhance content creation and delivery.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Strong written and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in multimedia design tools and software – including Microsoft Suite, video editing, and interactive material software such as Articulate Storyline.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong visual design skills with the ability to make content visually appealing and engaging.
• Experience in engaging with SMEs and translating business needs into multimedia content.
