Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing top talent and coordinating with stakeholders to executing job offers and onboarding. The role focuses on attracting top talent aligned with company values, culture, and operational needs, and partners with hiring managers to identify workforce requirements and continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs.
  • Develop and post job advertisements across platforms (online portals, social media, internal referrals).
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking, talent mapping, and proactive sourcing.
  • Conduct pre-employment assessments, background checks, and reference checks as applicable.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.) and provide regular updates to management.
  • Stay updated on labor market trends, recruitment tools, and best practices; assist in employer branding initiatives.
  • Support onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement programs as needed.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable to changing priorities, and knowledgeable about labor laws and recruitment practices.
