About the role As a Sales Application Specialist at Duke-R Medical, you will be a key member of our dynamic sales team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our state‑of‑the‑art medical equipment. Based in Davao City, Davao del Sur, this full‑time role will see you working closely with both our clients and internal teams to ensure seamless product demonstrations, tailored solutions, and ongoing support. What you'll be doing Conduct engaging product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our cutting‑edge medical devices Liaise with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements, and provide customised solutions to meet their objectives Maintain a strong understanding of our product portfolio, industry trends, and competitor offerings to position Duke‑R Medical as the preferred supplier Work collaboratively with the broader sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a cohesive and effective customer experience Provide post‑sale support, including training and troubleshooting, to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing engagement Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth What we're looking for Proven track record of success in a sales or customer‑facing role, preferably within the medical equipment or healthcare industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly understand and demonstrate complex medical equipment Adaptability and problem‑solving skills to address client needs and concerns effectively Collaborative mindset and the ability to work as part of a high‑performing team Familiarity with the medical device industry and regulations in the Philippines What we offer At Duke‑R Medical, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
