Responsibilities
- Sales & Client Management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide expert advice on product selection, application, and installation to clients.
- Conduct site visits to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in roofing materials and its related products.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of projects.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems related to our products.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and project developments.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and network with industry professionals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional license holder is an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales or technical support within the construction materials industry.
- Strong technical understanding of construction materials and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite application
- Preferably with a valid driver’s license and is willing to travel.
