Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist Reporting to: Talent Acquisition Supervisor Job Responsibilities Screening & Selection Review and evaluate applications and resumes to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Conduct initial interviews to shortlist suitable candidates. Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate client interviews as needed. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct/passive sourcing techniques. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles. Account / Client Management Partner closely with clients or designated points of contact (POC) to understand hiring requirements and role expectations. Serve as a strategic recruitment advisor, ensuring alignment between hiring decisions and business objectives. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights. Attend client meetings, including escalations and calibration sessions , to address recruitment-related concerns, align expectations, and ensure service quality and client satisfaction. Process Improvement & Compliance Maintain accurate and updated records in the applicant master tracker and recruitment databases. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations. Identify and recommend process enhancements to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate quality. Candidate Experience Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience by providing timely updates, feedback, and guidance. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and interview methodologies (e.g., Boolean search, X-ray search, GitHub sourcing). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience recruiting for IT/Technical, Corporate, and Bilingual roles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
