As a Talent Acquisition Associate at Focus Global, you will play a key role in growing our team by finding and engaging exceptional talent who will drive our brands forward. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process - from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Responsibilities Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing channels. Conduct virtual interviews to assess candidate fit and alignment with company values. Coordinate background checks and prepare candidate evaluation summaries for hiring managers. Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare regular reports on hiring progress and metrics. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure timely and effective hiring decisions. Support other HR-related initiatives and projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or any related field. Strong sourcing and assessment skills, with creativity in finding hard-to-reach talent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Proficient in MS Office applications. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
