Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager Work Location: BGC Work Setup: Onsite Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM 6:00 AM PH Time) Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the recruitment function and ensuring the acquisition of high-caliber talent across the organization. This role requires building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and adapting to a dynamic work environment to meet evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Sourcing Associates, offering mentorship and performance oversight to achieve recruitment targets. Design and deliver training programs aimed at enhancing team effectiveness and capability. Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, retention, cost-per-hire) to evaluate efficiency and identify areas for process improvement. Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring plans, workforce strategy, and provide expert guidance on effective recruitment practices. Conduct labor market research and identify emerging sourcing trends, utilizing tools such as social media, talent mapping, and niche job boards. Partner with the Marketing team to develop and implement employer branding strategies that position the company as an employer of choice. Establish partnerships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and other talent pipelines. Handle additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in a related field 6 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3 years with U.S. recruitment exposure Minimum of 4 years in a leadership role Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior stakeholders Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Strong interpersonal skills, capable of interacting across all organizational levels Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Relationship-building and stakeholder management Familiarity with employment laws and compliance Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software tools
