Talent Acquisition Senior AssociateWork Setup: Full OnsiteSchedule: Night Shift | Monday to FridayLocation: BGC, TaguigROLE OVERVIEW The Talent Acquisition Senior Associate plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process by coordinating various activities that contribute to a seamless hiring experience. This position works in close collaboration with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and candidates, while also managing candidate records, scheduling interviews, and assisting with new hire onboarding. QUALIFICATIONS Required: Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitmentStrong organizational and time management capabilitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExperience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR information systemsAbility to manage confidential information with discretionHigh attention to detail and strong analytical thinkingProficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPointCapacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize efficiently DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment Coordination Arrange and manage interview schedules between candidates and hiring teamsSupport the creation and posting of job openings on various recruitment platforms, as needed Candidate Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within tracking systemsMonitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source of applicants Collaboration & Support Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to align on role expectations and candidate profilesParticipate in recruitment events and job fairs, when requestedAssist with onboarding tasks, including facilitating new hire documentation in collaboration with the People Solutions Team and Operations Administrative Support Organize and maintain recruitment-related documents and filesContribute to additional HR tasks or projects as needed
