Join the G Nation today Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Project / Initiatives Management: Develop and implement strategic selling plans and business objectives to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals. Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, target markets, and customer segments based on market analysis and set objectives. Monitor progress vs sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics, and take corrective action as needed to meet objectives. Relationship Building & Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with key partners and internal stakeholders. Address their needs, resolve issues, and foster long-term partnerships. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with product launches, promotions, and business initiatives. Pricing & Profitability: Develop pricing strategies, discount structures, and sales incentives to maximize profitability while meeting customer expectations. Data Analysis, Market Awareness & Innovation: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Implement sales forecasting and pipeline management processes. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies and tactics. Category Expertise (FOOD & RETAIL, VISMIN ENT OPS): Intermediate-level to Expert-level for Sales & Marketing operations (Vendor Acquisition, Client Relationship Management, and Category Management), preferably with direct experience in transacting with national Food & Retail Accounts. Beginner to Intermediate-level for RKA (Regional Key Accounts) for Visayas and Mindanao B2B Commercial - Enterprise operations. Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate effectively. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use data-driven insights to adapt strategies and identify growth opportunities. Strategic Thinking: Develop and execute long-term sales strategies aligned with business goals. Prioritize opportunities and allocate resources effectively. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and trust. Delivers: The specific outputs / tangible results produced by the role; resources responsible for. FOOD & RETAIL, VISMIN ENT RKA Big Plays: Develop business objectives for GCash together with Distribution Partner Merchants (FOOD & RETAIL, VISMIN ENT RKA Merchant Partners) through Joint Business Planning, Monitoring and Initiatives Management (e.g., New Product Launches, Campaigns). Innovate offers to improve Use Case Diversity. Develop Monitoring and Post-Mortem Reports together with cross-functional teams, to assess executions and future investments.
