Regional Marketing Head Job Description Duties & Responsibilities STRATEGIC DIRECTION – Support the Marketing Division head to innovate and research on new trends and New Fun Technology for Marketing; Prepare necessary reports and presentation for the recommended innovative marketing ideas based on the research conducted EVENTS MANAGEMENT – Implement promotion events of tenants/affiliates and attract more foot traffic; Oversee special Campaigns/Projects – such as mall openings, CSR related activities, seasonal module, 3-Day Sale, Special Sale etc. SPONSHISHIPS & PARTNERSHIPS – Establish partnerships with tenants, brands and third party partners; Establish Community relations and partnership; Create partnership with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors ADVERTISING – Lead the implementation of the Communication Plan for the year/project from creatives/key visual, printing, installation of collaterals (in-mall, social media, local newspaper) COMPLIANCE AND DOCUMENTATION – Monitors the implementation of all existing policies are strictly followed; Ensures that the policies related to Marketing are in compliant with law Experience & Educational Requirements At least 8 years managerial experience in all areas of Marketing / Event Management and Advertising Graduate of any four (4) year degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Management, or any related course Required skills: High level of communication, analytical, presentation skills, proficient in MS Office, Keynote, basic photoshop and photo/video editing skills Work Location Candidates must be willing to be assigned in SM City Baguio. #J-18808-Ljbffr
