Description: OpenText – The Information Company seeks to provide production monitoring of data, perform error analysis, and serve as the customer contact for usage, functionality, and problems encountered with OpenText products and services.

Requirements:
- Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with databases (SQL, Oracle).
- Experience with Active Directory.
- EDI knowledge is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills; ability to deliver technical solutions to customers, including those who may not be EDI-savvy.
