Description: OpenText – The Information Company seeks to provide production monitoring of data, perform error analysis, and serve as the customer contact for usage, functionality, and problems encountered with OpenText products and services.

  • Provide technical support, respond to case service levels, provide production support, analyze issues, resolve issues, and notify customers. Recreate customer issues and escalate as needed.

  • EDI knowledge is preferred.
