You will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows, accurate reporting, and efficient project execution while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Oversees daily administrative and operational tasks to contribute to smoother workflows and improve organizational efficiency. Manages and processes financial transactions, quotes, contracts, and reports with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Audits and reviews company records and data, ensuring consistency with internal protocols and regulatory standards. Utilizes Simpro to manage job schedules, quotes, contracts, and updates, supporting end‑to‑end project tracking. Oversees workflows and project management through Simpro dashboards, maintaining visibility on milestones, deadlines, and resources. Customizes and optimizes Simpro processes to enhance task tracking, team productivity, and workflow efficiency. Generates detailed reports and performance summaries through Simpro to support management decisions and client updates. Simulates and tests new processes to validate accuracy and effectiveness of newly created Simpro tasks. Monitors and ensures quality of outputs before submission. Assists in client calls to clarify task requirements, provide updates, and enhance communication. Prepares and sends regular status reports to ensure transparency on task progress and completion.
