We're looking for a Client Success Specialist with strong expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of client success, growth strategy, and hands-on CRO execution. You'll act as the trusted partner for clients, driving measurable results through data-driven strategies, testing, and performance optimization.

What You'll Do- Be the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring successful delivery of CRO initiatives.
- Conduct data analysis, A/B testing, and funnel performance reviews to uncover opportunities for growth.
- Build and execute tailored CRO strategies that align with each client's unique goals.
- Present insights, reports, and recommendations in a clear, actionable way to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to bring CRO strategies to life.
- Strengthen relationships with agency partners and ensure measurable outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (agency, SaaS, or client-side).
- Strong analytical skills with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, or VWO.
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear strategies and next steps.
- Experience managing multiple accounts and balancing competing priorities.
- A mix of strategic consulting mindset and hands-on execution skills.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency, consultancy, or growth-focused environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, SaaS, or high-growth digital products.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRMs, and advanced reporting dashboards.
