  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise effectively, and manage own work schedule
  • Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Advanced Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and video editing
  • Excellent problem-solving and information processing skills
  • Strong work ethic and interest in learning new concepts
  • Good understanding of different social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)

  • Designs layout promotional ads and publishes them on social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Conducts promotional activities
  • Manages and develops marketing campaigns
  • Researches and analyzes data to identify and define audiences
  • Troubleshoots technical problems that may arise
  • Purchases licensed office programs when needed, comparing costs to ensure economical deals
  • Creates implementation plans and manages company website
  • Regularly monitors and maintains computer systems, networks, databases, and websites
Education & Experience
  • Education : Bachelor’s (preferred)
  • Experience : IT Online Marketing: 4 years (preferred)
