Care Provider Navigator – US Radiology Network

Responsibilities- Monitor remote patients and their data across systems, using policies to address issues as they arise.

- Assist other departments (e.g., Customer Service) in resolving patient inquiries.

- Deliver exceptional customer service and patient advocacy with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Be on standby for on-call support as required and maintain professional decorum and punctuality.
- Engage in professional development to continuously improve skills and contribute to program developments.
- Strong leadership experience: at least 1 year in a leadership role (startup, international, tech; 3 years in BPO). Ability to lead with empathy while enforcing performance standards.
- Experience with online/remote work is preferred but not essential.
- Tech-savvy with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and other productivity tools; comfortable adapting to new systems.
- Excellent written and spoken English; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- People-oriented with ability to motivate diverse teams and build relationships across functions.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities; know when to ask questions to clarify expectations.
- Trustworthy with confidentiality and sensitive information.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-focused with a willingness to take ownership.
- Learner’s mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work full-time (40 hours/week) in a hybrid setup to cover APAC hours; UK business hours alignments noted (Manila Time).
- Location: Metro Manila, Philippines with a suitable work-from-home setup and stable internet (minimum 30 Mbps).
