Responsibilities
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual BIR remittances reports
  • Ensure accuracy of tax computations
  • Records and processes all trade and non-trade invoices, expense forms, request for payments and petty cash replenishments accurately and in a timely manner
  • To receive and validate all official receipts and withholding tax certificate of customers
  • Validates accounting entries are accurate and are posted to the right account
  • Assist in audits requirements
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation and schedules of assigned accounts
  • Compiles routine numerical information for report purposes either manually and or by running routine reports in Navision
  • Other accounting works as needed to support the Finance team
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy/ Banking, Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent
  • With 1 to 2 year(s) related work experience required for this position
  • With excellent interpersonal skills, analytical, problem solving
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills, attention to detail, organizational skills
  • Knowledgeable in Accounting Systems
  • Familiar with basic accounting procedures and BIR related transaction
  • Full-Time position(s) available
  • Willing to work Brgy. Kalawaan, Pasig City
