  • Disbursement : Prepare APVs for Real Property Taxes, Communications, Transfer of Title related to PWL project, Monthly Association Dues; prepare Quarterly Creditable Tax Certificate of Suppliers/Contractors & Agents; other works as required by company exigencies.
  • General Accounting : Prepare journal entries and adjustments; reconcile bank accounts; prepare subsidiary ledger of accounts; other works as required by company exigencies.
  • Project Accounting : Prepare sales/cost of sales and related project reports and schedules; other works as required by company exigencies.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Management Accounting/Financial Accounting/Accounting Technology/Accounting Management; strong attention to detail; knowledge in accounts receivable management, project accounting & general accounting is an advantage; fresh graduates welcome; willing to work in Ortigas.
