Your Role As a Paralegal / Legal & Compliance Analyst, you will: Assist in documentation and record-keeping for Kepler’s Legal and Compliance teams. Support audits and corrective actions, ensuring compliance with necessary regulations. Provide operational support for the compliance program to ensure smooth execution of all processes. Provide basic support for the legal team, including reviewing simple NDAs and agreements, and contract intake support. Assist with management of internal legal and compliance tools, including the contract management system. Collaborate with other departments to ensure understanding and compliance with regulations. What You Need Strong English and communication skills. College degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field preferred. Background in Paralegal, Legal & Compliance, and standards and regulation. Bonus Points Ability to remain calm under pressure. Ability to work well within a team, communicate needs, give constructive feedback, jump in when needed. Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment independently.
