Organizational Development Manager The Organizational Development (OD) Manager drives people and organizational effectiveness across the fashion retail business by designing and implementing strategies that enhance employee capability, strengthen leadership, and reinforce a high-performance, customer-centric culture. The role ensures that structure, culture, and talent are aligned with the company’s growth and transformation goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). At least 5–7 years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Learning & Development, ideally within retail or fast-paced consumer industries . Strong understanding of organizational design, succession planning, and competency frameworks. Skilled in facilitation, coaching, and program design. Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Passionate about fashion, people, and culture transformation.
