Mastercard Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines Director Network Operations The Data Center & Network Services organization is looking for a Director of Network Operations Center (NOC) to lead a global operations Level 1 command center focused on ensuring the stable operation of Mastercard’s Network infrastructure globally. Overview Lead and manage the NOCC team, including network engineers, analysts, and support staff. Develop strategic plans for network operations, monitoring, and incident management; collaborate with senior IT leadership. Direct daily operations of the command center, ensuring 24/7 monitoring and support. Oversee troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution of major network incidents; ensure timely escalation. Monitor network performance metrics, implement improvements for uptime and efficiency, coordinate with infrastructure teams. Manage disaster recovery and business continuity planning for network operations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies; implement and maintain network security protocols. Represent the network function in executive meetings and collaborate with other departments. All About You (Qualifications) Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred). Advanced experience in network operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, cloud services). Experience with network monitoring tools and incident management platforms. Certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, or ITIL are highly desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Willingness to work in a shift‑based environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Work Environment The NOC will be a fast‑paced, dynamic environment requiring quick decision‑making and problem‑solving. The role may involve working in a command center setting, monitoring systems, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring optimal network performance and security. Corporate Security Responsibility Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices. Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed. Report any suspected information security violation or breach. Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.
