Job Description Daily Bank Reconciliation and transaction analysis. Daily coordination of discrepancies. Consolidation of daily reconciliation reports. Consolidate monthly reports in preparations of the following: Profit and loss, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet. Ensure accuracy of journal entries in general book of accounts in compliance with established accounting policies and procedures. Assist External Auditors during preparation of Annual Financial Statement. Other substantially related duties as assigned by the immediate Superior. Files all reports for future purposes. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field of study. At least 3 years of working experience in General Accounting. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Positive work attitude, able to work under time pressure. Service-oriented, willing to render overtime whenever needed. Good problem solving and time management skills.
