Alongside our team of180+ membersspanning Media Buyers, Copywriters, Content Managers, Landing Page Developers, Content Creators, Email & SMS Coordinators, CGC & Influencer Managers, we need aRecruitment & Admin Coordinator (on a 6 month contract basis)to support seamless hiring and People & Culture operations and work alongside an amazing team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of HR coordination, recruitment support, or administrative experience.
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams is a strong asset.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and common HRIS/ATS systems.
- Must be able to workPacific Standard Time (PST) or Eastern Standard Time (EST) for collaboration.
ESSENTIAL QUALITIES:
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong written communication and scheduling abilities.
- Accuracy and confidence with data entry, reporting, and HR systems.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Support the full recruitment cycle (posting roles, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, preparing offers).
- Ensure smooth onboarding logistics (welcome emails, access setup, first-day coordination).
- Maintain HRIS/ATS records with high accuracy and compliance.
- Manage internal P&C support tickets and IT coordination for onboarding/offboarding.
- Track and file offer letters, benefits forms, and policy acknowledgments.
