Your Role Key responsibilities include: Study the company’s business system logic and procedures. Support staff and clients in understanding the system, logic, and procedures. Troubleshoot bugs in systems reported by staff. Collect new-feature or improvement requests from staff and report to the manager. Track system issues and create bug reports for manager analysis. Proactively monitor systems and communicate within a multi-location infrastructure. Assist remote coworkers with local software, hardware, and network troubleshooting. About You The company is looking for: BSIT graduate or relevant course. Capability to perform business support and occasional technical support independently. Good English listening, reading, speaking, and writing skills for global communication. Strong communication skills to interact with users and product managers. Good logistic thinking ability. Curious, organized, results-oriented, and fast learner. Good listener and excellent communicator. Able to work autonomously and as a team player. Willingness to work shifting schedules and rest days.
