Job Description- Ensure daily productivity numbers are met.
- Ensure hiring procedures for all levels follow Sutherland and Government policies.
- Work with Talent Acquisition Sourcing, Operation, and Shared Services Teams to ensure that job requirements and expectations are clearly understood, and talents are assessed against appropriate criteria.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by constantly seeking ways to improve the content, methodology, delivery, and process.
- Respond to and support organizational challenges.
- Ensure candidates endorsed by the sourcing team are interviewed in real-time.
- Ensure a positive new hire onboarding experience by constantly seeking ways to improve the curriculum, content, methodology, delivery, and process.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a four-year college or university (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years BPO experience in the same capacity (preferred).
- Must have proficiency with various MS Office Suite applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient planning, time management, and decision-making skills.
- Can communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrates ability to think and act strategically, with the ability to anticipate trends and assess consequences accurately.
- Maintains a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, diversity, customer service orientation, leadership/coaching skills, and team-building abilities are essential.
