Team Lead — Airlines/Travel Industry
Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila. Full-time role with Teleperformance's McKinley West office. Lead and inspire a team of customer service agents delivering exceptional service to clients in the airlines/travel industry.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of a team of customer service agents
- Monitor performance and productivity; provide coaching to drive improvement
- Maintain quality assurance processes to meet client standards
- Identify training needs and develop coaching/training programs
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment
- Serve as primary contact for escalated inquiries and complaints
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1-2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role within a call centre or customer service, preferably airlines/travel
- Strong leadership and people management; coaching and development skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication; liaison with agents and clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to analyse data and generate reports
- Collaborative, adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment
