Team Lead — Airlines/Travel Industry

Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila. Full-time role with Teleperformance's McKinley West office. Lead and inspire a team of customer service agents delivering exceptional service to clients in the airlines/travel industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of a team of customer service agents
  • Monitor performance and productivity; provide coaching to drive improvement
  • Maintain quality assurance processes to meet client standards
  • Identify training needs and develop coaching/training programs
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment
  • Serve as primary contact for escalated inquiries and complaints
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role within a call centre or customer service, preferably airlines/travel
  • Strong leadership and people management; coaching and development skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication; liaison with agents and clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to analyse data and generate reports
  • Collaborative, adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment
